Free accounts provided through Hockeystick’s partnership with the Lazardis Institute.

We are happy to announce that members of the Canadian Acceleration and Business Incubation Association (CABI) are eligible for free Hockeystick accounts. These accounts are being offered through our recently announced partnership with the Lazaridis Institute for the Management of Technology Enterprises at Wilfrid Laurier University.

“The Lazaridis Institute has provided funding to give every Canadian accelerator and incubator free Hockeystick accounts for the next five years and we are pleased to support this initiative by encouraging our eligible members coast-to-coast to claim their accounts,” said Sunil Sharma, Chair of CABI. “Joining Hockeystick will enable these members to tell their unique stories, by simplifying how they manage applicants, collect company data and report to funders. This initiative will improve transparency and data for accelerators and incubators and ultimately, enable Canada to develop better companies.

With Hockeystick, CABI members can capture comprehensive, standardized data, facilitating application, selection and reporting processes for their programs, and provide sponsors with the detailed performance updates they require. That data will also contribute to the national data network that Hockeystick is currently building.

“We are pleased to receive the support of CABI in encouraging its eligible members to apply for Hockeystick accounts,” said Raymond Luk, Founder and CEO of Hockeystick. “These accounts offer a fully-functioning version of our software. It is the same product that top Canadian funders and over 12,000 private companies already rely on.”

NEXT Canada, Volta, Propel ICT, HIGHLINE Beta, L-SPARK, OneEleven and more have already adopted Hockeystick through this program.
